Sunday June 6th vs Greenwich Gunners 10 AM Greenwich High School Turf

Gentleman,

      What a match last Sunday. A match we could have easily won in the seconf half. Once again, no luck putting the ball in the back of the net.

      However, we did play a great second half. With so many subs they had, we tired them out and controlled most of the second half.

Mendi had an fairly easy match Sunday, the defense, midfiled and offense all played well. Although we still lack the strength to be more forceful in scoring. We wanted to come come with at least a point, which we did, on the hindsight, we could have come up with 3.

      Great effort sunday on everyones part. I thought we played a good team sprited unselfish ball sunday. Yermo's goal was a picture perfect professional goal maybe even better. Great header Yermo. I liked the shoe shine afterwards.... That was last week.

     This week, we are away at Greenwich Gunners. It is at 10 Am. If you saw the schdeule at the league web site, it shows as being at 11 am.

      Guys, the game has been moved to 10 AM. Please be on the pitch at 9:30 mm guys. A real good warm up gets us going early on.

Ernesto, please bring the cooler. Everyone, please bring both sets of uniforms.

I am still waiting to collect the old white Adidas jersey from Hank, Ze`, Mike, Sam, and Edy and Nito. Please bring them with you sunday.

The venue has changed for this sunday's match vs Greenwich Gunners.

We are playing at Western Middle School.

Please be on the field by 9:30 AM

It is even further down on I-95 so please leave early. It is off exit 2 Bayram Road

Directions:

WESTERN MIDDLE SCHOOL:

I-95 South to Exit 2 (Delavan Avenue / Byram Road). Go through the stop sign at the end of the ramp. At the next right turn onto Byram Road. Take the fourth right onto Richland Avenue. Go approximately 0.3 miles; Western Middle School is on the right.
