      Please note my new e-mail address. Please write to me at this address ceylan3@comcast.net from now on. Thank you. My hats are off to you all for yesterday's sweet 1-0 victory. I was quite proud the way you all worked hard for this victory as victories recently have not been coming easy. We played a much more physcical team in CT Storm yesterday, but we did not unyield. Every one pulled togehter after the break and just worked for each other. It was quite a site evryone pulling for each other and even in the very hot moments. The game got quite physical as you all know but everyone handled themselves and restrained from retaliation. I don't mind giving and then taking its part of the game so long as there is no retaliation.

      I must also say that we have to remember to keep foul language out of the game. First the referees are told to give yellow cards for foul language and they did, but importantly it tears apart the team sprit. There is nothing wrong with pushing a player to play and work hard for the team but let's cut out the foul language. We all have to respect every individual on the team.

As the team manager, I have the right to expect each player to play to their ability and play hard and work hard for the team. Team always comes first and if we all think alike in these, we can do a lot better as a team.

With yesterday's win, we are finally out of the bottom. we need to play the next 5 games like yesterday and we'll be just fine. We played the 4 most toughest opponents already.

     I was proud of all of you, you left everything you had on the pitch yesterday and its every managers dream. The rest will fall into place. I am sure you all felt good after the match.

      This Sunday, we are at Guilford High School vs Club Napoli. Please be prompt at 9:30 AM.
